About this role
We're seeking a few reliable, hard-working Fence Installers to join our crew in Spartanburg, SC.
You will work directly with our Lead Installer on various job sites, handling everything from site preparation to the final assembly of fences and gates.
Key Responsibilities:
-Site Preparation, Clear brush, rocks, and debris from the designated fence line
-Measure property lines, mark post locations, and ensure fences are straight and level
-Dig post holes manually or using power-driven augers, mix and pour concrete, and set posts securely
-Attach fence rails, pickets, or panels, and construct/hang gates
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in fencing, carpentry, or general construction
-Ability to perform physical, outdoor labor in all weather conditions
-Capable of lifting 50+ pounds consistently
-Valid ID and reliable transportation
-Strong attention to detail and a teamwork attitude
-OSHA 10 or Better
