About this role
Owns end-to-end delivery of minor works and small-to-medium projects (fit-out, MEP, and civil) from estimating and bid strategy through planning, execution, commissioning, and close-out. Accountable for project P&L, schedule, quality, HSE, and compliance—fulfilling client contractual obligations while adhering to We One governance and standards. Leads and develops a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, and orchestrates the supply chain (OEMs, vendors, subcontractors) to secure cost, schedule, and performance. Builds strong client relationships, manages scope and change control, and drives risk, reporting, and cash flow to ensure profitable, on-time, and defect-free outcomes.
