The Senior PMO Lead runs the PMO for the India hub — the governance, planning, tracking and reporting that keep the hub's transformation work structured, visible and on plan. The role establishes how work is broken down into activities and tasks, manages those tasks to completion, tracks what people are working on and their utilization, and presents clear outputs to the leadership team.
