About this role

Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: ○ Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers,Clients etc.) to gather and document detailed business requirements, product specifications, and user stories. ○ Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance product functionality and usability. ○ Perform gap analysis between current and future product states. 2. Product Strategy and Roadmap: ○ Work closely with the Product team to define product features and prioritize them based on business value, customer needs, and market trends. ○ Participate in product roadmap planning and ensure that business requirements are well-aligned with product goals.
3. Stakeholder Communication: ○ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are understood and prioritized.
○ Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones, and any changes to the project scope. 4. User Story Creation and Documentation: ○ Create and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to ensure a clear understanding of the product features. ○ Ensure that all requirements are well-documented and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for the product team.
5. Testing and Validation: ○ Assist in the creation of test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards. ○ Work closely with QA teams to verify that product features are delivered according to specifications and business needs.
6. Data and Metrics Analysis: ○ Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making. ○ Create reports and dashboards to track the product’s progress, feature adoption, and overall success. 7. Continuous Improvement: ○ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in product management and business analysis. ○ Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and innovations.
