About this role
The HWSD Manager serves as the primary interface between the Hardware Services (HWS) organization and the CARES Programme Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of services and achievement of agreed service outcomes. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, proactively managing customer expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that may impact service delivery.
