- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to prepare and maintain accounting data for monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, and other accounting documents.
- Reconcile accounting transactions by verifying entries and ensuring consistency between financial records and system reports.
- Perform account reconciliations, including Value Added Tax (VAT) and Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations and filings.
- Analyze financial accounts and prepare accurate monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support ad hoc accounting, financial analysis, and administrative tasks as assigned.
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or a similar finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, reporting processes, and business partnering.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Able and willing to work in the Bangna area.
