Discover the Role

The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR and payroll integration solutions for global clients. It supports TMF’s Client Integration & Migration team in designing and implementing fit-for-purpose integrations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with local compliance requirements while enhancing the global HRP (Human Resource Platform) offering.

The position combines HR/payroll expertise with systems integration capability, helping clients adopt and migrate HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Delivery & Client Support

- Provide expert advice on integration solutions tailored to client requirements
- Support implementation and rollout of integrations, including new features
- Collaborate with onboarding teams and clients to ensure best-fit solutions
- Assist in multi-country HR system integrations and migrations

2. Solution Development & Optimization

- Design, improve, and maintain integration frameworks and solutions
- Conduct periodic reviews and recommend process improvements
- Manage country-specific deviations and system enhancements
- Develop mapping documents for data transformation across systems

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

- Lead business requirement gathering and blueprinting phases
- Support complex client transformation projects
- Track, escalate, and resolve integration risks and issues
- Work with internal teams, IT, and local offices globally

4. Technical Expertise & Innovation

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integration solutions
- Support API-based integrations (SOAP/REST) and ETL processes
- Ensure proper documentation and conduct training/webinars
- Contribute to improving TMF’s global HRP offering

5. Pre-Sales & Knowledge Sharing

- Support pre-sales engagements and client presentations
- Promote integration capabilities internally and externally
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with Workday, Oracle, or SAP integrations
- Understanding of SQL, ETL processes, XML/XSLT
- Familiarity with integration platforms (Workday Cloud Connect, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP CPI)
- Proficiency in MS Visio, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
- Experience with Agile methodology and version control (Git/SVN)

Project Management Skills

- Ability to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Experience maintaining project documentation and reporting
- Strong coordination with stakeholders across regions
- Ability to lead issue resolution and lessons learned processes

Core Competencies

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a consultative, client-facing role
- Experience collaborating in a global matrix environment
- Skilled in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Adaptability to hybrid work and international collaboration

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years experience in HCM/ERP integrations
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations (certification preferred)
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Proven experience working with both technical and functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
