Covenant Woods in Hanover County is looking for a Full-Time HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and repair services of facility systems. Responsible for carrying out all planned and unplanned HVAC maintenance throughout the facility.

Qualifications:
- Must be high school graduate or equivalent with Technical HVAC and/or Apprenticeship training/ Certification.
- Must communicate effectively with residence and other staff.
- Valid Virginia drivers license required.
- Must be able to use test equipment, powered and hand mechanical tools, HVAC and electrical tools as needed.
- General maintenance repair skills a plus.
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Two years experience in general HVAC repair or general maintenance with HVAC certification/training required.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday's - Friday's 8:00AM - 4:30PM
