Covenant Woods, a vibrant continuing care retirement community located in Mechanicsville, VA, is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented individual to join our Dining Services team as Dietary Aide.

Schedule :
- 16-20 hours weekly
- 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 -7: 30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and food service for residents in accordance with dietary plans and preferences.
- Set up dining areas and ensure tables and equipment are clean and properly arranged.
- Deliver meals to residents in dining rooms and/or room service style.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to residents and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent service.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
