Job Description:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation actions to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, software, testing, installation, operations, and maintenance personnel.
- Support the resolution of technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science - Engineering/ Mechanical/ IT, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.
- Strong learning agility with a positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to pick up new skills and responsibilities.
