About this role

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

- Lead the design and development of electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems for a variety of projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

- Develop system-level architecture, including power distribution, control circuits, mechanical structures, and system interfaces.

- Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, CAD models, and system specifications.

System Integration & Testing:

- Oversee the integration of electrical, mechanical, and system components to create functional, efficient, and reliable systems.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across electrical, mechanical, and software layers.

- Perform simulations and analysis to validate system performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:

- Work closely with other engineering disciplines (e.g., software, hardware, quality assurance, manufacturing) to ensure cohesive development and deployment of products.

- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of design specifications, test results, and project development milestones.

- Generate technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.

- Recommend improvements to existing designs and processes to enhance system performance, reduce costs, and increase reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Electrical & Electronic Engineering:

- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control systems.

- Experience with electrical components.

- Proficiency in circuit design, power distribution, and control systems (e.g., embedded systems).

Mechanical Engineering:

- Expertise in mechanical design, including CAD modeling, material selection, stress analysis, and thermal management.

- Familiarity with mechanical systems

- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).

- Experience with manufacturing processes and prototyping.

Systems Engineering:

- Strong understanding of system-level integration, including hardware-software interaction and system behavior modeling.

- Ability to manage requirements, risk assessments, and testing protocols for large-scale systems.

- Perform system setups for Windows and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Administer and manage Microsoft Active Directory (AD) to control access to network resources, configure group policies, and maintain system security.

- Configure and maintain Nutanix infrastructure for efficient storage, compute, and virtualization management in an enterprise environment.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
