PROJECT ARCHITECT | DALLAS, TX
OVERVIEW
Join a dynamic architecture firm supporting mission-critical projects across a diverse portfolio. We are seeking a licensed Architect, or someone nearing licensure, to lead project design and delivery efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong technical skills and experience in construction documentation, project management, and collaborative design.
### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead architectural design, documentation, and project management activities. Develop and review construction documents and drawings. Support construction administration and ensure project compliance. Collaborate on master planning, space planning, and design development. Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools to execute projects.
### QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with construction documents and construction administration. Strong project management and communication skills. Mission-critical, data center, industrial, or shell/core project experience preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 in the office. There are currently two people in the Dallas office with one more offer out. They want to get too 20 by the end of the year but being in office is important to growing the team in Dallas.
