About this role

Geotechnical Project Manager

Summary

Lead facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
## Key Responsibilities
Manage large, complex engineering projects from planning through execution. Define project scope, schedule, and budget with clients and stakeholders. Lead client communication and ensure project objectives are met. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain timelines. Oversee safety, quality, and risk management efforts. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and internal resources. Manage project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, and collections. Conduct project meetings and provide status updates. Mentor staff and support team development.

## Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale engineering projects. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to develop and execute project plans and budgets. Knowledge of safety, quality, and risk management practices. Experience with project estimating, resource planning, and reporting.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
