Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager/Estimator specializing in Steel Construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional adept at managing complex projects and providing accurate cost estimates, ensuring successful project completion within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect necessary project details and specifications.

- Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans, facilitating effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.

- Proven experience in project management and estimating within the steel construction industry.

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficient in project management and estimating software.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
