Westaff is partnering with a growing company in Warwick, RI that is looking for a motivated Purchasing Specialist to join their team! In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the center of the purchasing process, working closely with vendors, customer service teams, and sales departments to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Process and monitor purchase orders from start to finish
✅ Track shipments, delivery schedules, and order updates
✅ Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and payments
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve purchasing issues quickly and professionally
✅ Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries
✅ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to provide timely updates
✅ Maintain accurate purchasing records and tracking information
✅ Build and strengthen vendor relationships that support business success

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
✔ Healthcare purchasing experience is a plus
