Manufacturing Operator 1
The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for manufacturing product by following standard work and manufacturing specification. The position has a key role in meeting production needs and working as a team with other to operate efficiently.
Variety of Shifts:
- 1st shift - Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm Pay Rate $20.00-$21.70 per hour
- 2nd shift - Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am Pay Rate $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- Process Improvement, and Maintenance

Additional REQUIRED Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak and understand English
- Ability to read and understand complex work instructions
- Basic computer/math skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Self-Motivated and detail oriented
- Team oriented
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to 75 lbs (location dependent)
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Additional PREFERRED Qualifications/Skills:
- Track record of strong communication and above average job performance
- Experience manufacturing flexible materials
- Experience in Aerospace, Medical or Wire and Cable manufacturing
