###### Location: Just Cats, Clonsilla, Dublin 15
Reports to: Clinic lead
Schedule: 4 day week with Wednesdays off. 1 in 4 Saturdays. 1 in 13 Sundays in Ashbourne
Salary: €29,432.00 per year
About the role
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and delivering an excellent client experience; you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients at our clinic.
- Greet all visitors and welcome them to the clinic
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Checking in patients
- Collecting payments
- Maintain records as necessary
- Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed
- Assist Vet nurses and Vets with patient care when necessary
- Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned
About you
- Minimum 2 years reception experience (required)
- Ideally one-year Veterinary receptionist experience
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- You are highly motivated, hard-working, and a strong team player
- You have excellent customer care and communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of animal welfare and patient care
