En tant que Gestionnaire Performance Logistique , vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de la direction logistique dans la transformation de nos opérations au Canada. Votre mission : propulser l’amélioration continue , concevoir et piloter des projets d’optimisation à fort impact , et bâtir une culture de performance durable dans l’ensemble de nos activités logistiques (distribution, entrepôts, transport).
Vous serez responsable de développer et d’animer des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) stratégiques , d’identifier des leviers d’efficacité opérationnelle et de coordonner des initiatives concrètes visant à réduire les coûts, améliorer la qualité de service et moderniser nos façons de faire.
Votre rôle vous amènera à collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes — qualité, planification, service client, stratégie — ainsi qu’avec nos partenaires externes, afin de façonner l’évolution de notre réseau logistique et de soutenir nos ambitions de croissance.
About You
Leadership opérationnel et soutien aux équipes
- Accompagner les responsables entreposage et transport dans leurs activités quotidiennes et les aider à dépasser leurs objectifs de performance.
Analyses de performance et prises de décision
- Réaliser des analyses ciblées pour comprendre les enjeux clés, dégager des tendances et proposer des solutions concrètes.
- Concevoir, automatiser et maintenir des outils d’aide à la décision innovants qui simplifient la gestion de la performance et favorisent des actions rapides et éclairées.
Pilotage de projets de transformation
- Mener de bout en bout des projets d’amélioration de la productivité logistique et de modernisation technologique : définition, analyse, planification, gouvernance, implantation et suivi des bénéfices.
- Documenter les dossiers d’affaires nécessaires pour soutenir des investissements stratégiques ou l’adoption de nouvelles pratiques professionnelles.
- Mesurer et suivre l’impact des initiatives (qualité, coûts, productivité), tout en assurant un pilotage rigoureux de la performance.
Vision stratégique et amélioration continue
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour définir les orientations stratégiques long terme en matière d’entreposage et de distribution.
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue et proposer des solutions innovantes basées sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur.

As a Logistics Performance Manager , you will play a key role within the Logistics Department in transforming our operations across Canada. Your mission is to drive continuous improvement , design and lead high-impact optimization projects , and foster a sustainable performance culture across all logistics activities, including distribution, warehousing, and transportation.
You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic performance indicators (KPIs) , identifying operational efficiency opportunities, and coordinating initiatives aimed at reducing costs, improving service quality, and modernizing our ways of working.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Quality, Planning, Customer Service, and Strategy, as well as external partners, to help shape the evolution of our logistics network and support our growth ambitions.
About You
Operational Leadership and Team Support
- Support Warehousing and Transportation Managers in their daily operations and help them achieve and exceed their performance objectives.
Performance Analysis and Decision-Making
- Conduct targeted analyses to identify key business issues, uncover trends, and recommend practical solutions.
- Design, automate, and maintain innovative decision-support tools that simplify performance management and enable timely, informed decision-making.
Transformation Project Management
- Lead logistics productivity improvement and technology modernization projects from end to end, including scoping, analysis, planning, governance, implementation, and benefits realization tracking.
- Develop business cases to support strategic investments and the adoption of new professional practices.
- Measure and monitor the impact of initiatives on quality, costs, and productivity while ensuring rigorous performance management.
Strategic Vision and Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define long-term strategic directions for warehousing and distribution operations.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions based on industry best practices.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Relevant experience in logistics, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and Transplace (Uber Freight).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
