About this role
Aston Carter is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization in the northern suburbs of Chicago that is looking to add a SAP Production Control Analyst to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting manufacturing operations and SAP production processes. We're looking for someone who understands how production orders move through a facility and has experience troubleshooting issues that impact production flow. ✅ Experience releasing production orders and materials to the floor ✅ Experience managing and closing work orders ✅ Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations ✅ Experience resolving material shortages, substitutions, inventory issues, and cost variances ✅ SAP experience required (S/4HANA experience preferred) Ideal backgrounds include:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
