Lead Radiology Technologist

If so, we are looking for a dedicated Lead Radiology Technologist to join our team. Your expertise in diagnostic imaging, combined with strong leadership skills, will be essential in delivering high-quality imaging services and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate radiology operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control processes.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound, as certified.
- Develop, implement, and update policies, procedures, and protocols tailored to a new hospital setting.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate imaging staff, promoting a team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, radiation safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain and monitor imaging equipment, coordinating with vendors for servicing, calibration, and repairs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership to optimize patient care and streamline imaging services.
- Participate in readiness activities for state and accreditation surveys to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in modalities such as CT, X-ray, MRI, or Ultrasound, verified by ARRT or RDMS certification.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required .
- Minimum of one year of hospital-based imaging experience.
- An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with relevant training and experience.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS).
- BLS certification is required .
- Multimodality Technologists must have certification in two or more modalities or have completed an accredited cross-training program.
