Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding politely and efficiently to guest requests.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
