About this role

The Assistant  Operations Manager  directly  supports the Operations Manager and in overseeing and managing  the day-to-day operations for the  Raffle  Parking portfolio,  and  is  responsible for  account performance for financial, business development, leadership and management of management team and entry level associates, and client satisfaction  objectives .

What will I do for  Raffle  Parking?

- Manage and oversee all aspects of parking operations and staff within the location’s portfolio .

- Review of client statements, portfolio performance based on revenue analysis, profit & loss  reports,  and various accounting-based reports.

- Ability to  assist  with annual budgeting and performance of  location   portfolio .

- Provide excellent customer service to customers .

- Responsible for training and development of supervisors,  cashiers,  and valet drivers.

- Ability to understand and meet organizational  objectives , customer  needs,  and contractual obligations.

- Act as a liaison to senior management and executive team to keep them up to date with all operational matters.

- Engage with vendors to  solicit  proposals, analyze the  responses,  and formulate a recommended solution to the client.

- Maintaining professional communication with customers, clients,  vendors,  and co-workers .

- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and  terminating   personnel  as necessary .

- Perform maintenance or repairs on the parking system .   i.e.  gate repairs, stuck tickets,  paper supply refills.

- Ensure compliance  of  company and client policies and procedures .

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws .

- Job duties include exposure to inclement weather .

- Perform other duties as assigned.

What does  Raffle  Parking need from me?

- Associates  degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of two to three (2-3) years of  experience as a supervisor (or similar) position .

- Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human  resources, and customer service.

- Availability to work flexible, full-time schedule.  Generally established as Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 7pm.

- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
