As a Financial Services Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, processing transactions, identifying customer needs, and recommending financial solutions that help individuals, families, and businesses succeed.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding branch experience

- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist customers with account inquiries and service requests

- Build relationships through meaningful customer conversations

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

- Support branch growth through referrals and customer education

- Maintain cash handling accuracy and balancing standards

- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with branch teammates to achieve service and business goals

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

- Cash handling experience

- Retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience

- Experience meeting performance goals or referral objectives
