What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding our U.S. customer base and driving revenue growth by:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and market research.

- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through proposal and close.

- Establishing strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

- Understanding customer needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.

- Preparing professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer communications.

- Collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to uncover growth opportunities.

- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular pipeline updates.

- Supporting pricing, proposal, and contract discussions while balancing customer value and business objectives.

- Representing Conax through occasional customer visits and business development activities (approximately 5-10% travel).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management, or another customer-facing role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, prospecting, lead generation, or technical products.

- Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning complex products and solutions.

- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and customer-facing presentations.

Salary ranges for this position vary by job location and are determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to recognizing individual expertise and contributions.
