Job Summary: Senior Lithography Process Engineering Manager leads high volume semiconductor manufacturing teams, driving process development and sustainability, yield improvement and technology adoption. This role oversees engineering and operational aspects of lithography processes in semiconductor fabs with tools such as contact aligner, stepper, E-beam, coat tracks, mask cleaner, etc. The role is critical in ensuring that patterning processes meet quality, cost and cycle time targets while enabling process transfers, improvement and new technology rollouts.
