Job Summary:
Plasma Equipment Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all Plasma, Oxide and Metals wafer fabrication equipment is maintained and functioning at an optimal level of performance. This is done by using data to drive improvements to our PM procedures, hardware, documentation, and training. Lead Technicians on daily basis to ensure tool availability.
Experience and emphasis on Dry Etch and Plasma LAM Rainbow 4400/4420 tools as well as Poly/Silicon etch, Dielectric / oxide etch and Photoresist strip / ash.
