About this role
Monitor Injection Molding machines and Secondary production for needed materials and deliver as needed
Ensure correct usage of regrind is being used
Blend material based on BOM details as needed
Ensure all material movements are properly transferred in IQMS immediately, from existing location to new location
Responsible to print labels for product ensuring accurate part numbers and box quantities
Ensure completed product is scanned to the machine or secondary location throughout the duration of shift
As skids are completed and at the end of a run, ensure product is physically transferred to the warehouse and
properly scanned in IQMS
When production runs are completed, ensure all raw materials are removed and transferred to the warehouse and properly
scanned in IQMS
Ensure all previous materials are removed prior to brining in the next production run materials to avoid mix-ups
Notify Inventory Manager of inventory discrepancies and troubleshoot to help resolve
Notify Inventory Manager when inventories are low as compared to past quantities
Complete all required paperwork timely and completely
Qualifications
Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time, as applicable.
Can complete basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting
Can complete assigned tasks to quality standards with minimal supervision
Able to obtain and maintain all necessary certifications such as but not limited to forklift certifications
Ability to push, lift and/or carry up to 45 pounds as needed
Ability to mix upwards of 1,800 pounds of material by hand as needed
Ability to work in an area with temperature fluctuation - at times extreme heat
Ability to work in area where noise levels are high enough to cause employees to shout to be heard above noise level
Ability to work in area where there is exposure to various fumes, odors, and dust at all times
