Responsibilities
- Operate the dishwashing machine to clean and sanitize dishes, trays, silverware, glassware, pots, and pans
- Scrape, separate, and organize items prior to washing
- Monitor and record dish-machine temperatures; report any low temperatures or malfunctions immediately
- Set up and utilize a three-compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing pots and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supply deliveries
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Support dining and serving area setup as needed
- Perform all duties in accordance with food safety and sanitation best practices
- Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Must be able to push and pull carts, racks, and equipment weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Must be able to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate dishwashing equipment
