We're seeking a Collision Repair Estimator to join our Hansel Collision Center team in Santa Rosa!

At our shop, you wont just write estimates - youll play a key role in delivering a top-tier customer experience while working alongside a talented, collaborative team.

We represent many brands: Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, BMW, Subaru, Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, and we repair and service all makes and all models.

Location: Santa Rosa, Ca (Hansel Collision Center- Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-time

PAY RANGE
$32 per hour base rate, plus performance bonuses.
Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly in a timely manner and determine customer's needs accurately to ensure a high degree of customer service

- Write estimates

- Work directly with technicians to assist in all repairs

- Be knowledgeable of repair procedures

- Ensure that repairs performed on customer's vehicles are accurate and consistent with estimates made

Qualifications:

- One year minimum experience as an Estimator is preferred

- Experience with CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect

- Superior CSI Score

- Team orientated attitude and commitment to quality

- Effective communication and attention to detail

- Knowledgeable with computers

- CDK/Paycom experience preferred but not a necessity

- Must have great attention to detail and follow-up

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Pass a criminal background screening

- Pass a drug test

- A valid and clean drivers license

Pay Defined: The Estimator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $32.00, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Estimator compensation range is expected to be $70,000 + annually.
