What Youll Do:
As an Overnight Grille Cook , youll prepare fresh food for our customers while providing great service and keeping food quality and safety top of mind.
- Prepare Customer Favorites: Cook and prepare hot and cold menu items accurately and efficiently, including made-to-order items and Grille Express selections.
- Serve Up Great Service: Provide friendly, helpful service and make sure customers have a great experience.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly clean equipment and food-preparation areas.
- Follow Food Safety Standards: Properly prepare, handle, and store food while following health and safety requirements.
- Prep for the Next Shift: Complete necessary food prep, restocking, and other duties to help ensure the Grille is ready for the next shift.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous retail, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. Well train the right person!
- Skills: Ability to prepare food accurately, manage multiple orders, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and commitment to providing great customer service.
