About the Role

This fast-paced and dynamic role provides the opportunity to leverage your experience in Defence while playing a key part in maintaining the safety and security of all personnel on-site. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee the security team, ensuring operations run smoothly and effectively. Your role will involve leading by example, offering top-tier customer service, and maintaining a proactive, professional, and diligent approach at all times. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and supervise the security team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure security measures are in place and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Respond to and resolve security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
- Maintain accurate security logs and reports while ensuring compliance with all security regulations and company policies.

Skills & experience

- Experience in Defence /Industry and infrastructure
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant security systems
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in all situations

Requirements:

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Valid South Australian Security License.
- Valid South Australian Driver's License with no restrictions.
- NV1 security clearance.
