- NSW or VIC based & looking to move to ACT? MSS will cover your security licence mutual recognition costs. Return of service applies.
- No security experience? No problem! We provide the support and training you need to get started.
- Already hold a security clearance? Baseline, NV1, NV2, or PV — great. If not, MSS Security can sponsor eligible candidates to obtain the required clearance. Return of service applies.

About the role:

MSS Security is seeking Security Officers to join our Defence portfolio in the ACT. Whether you’re new to security and looking to start a meaningful career, or an experienced officer looking for a change, we want to hear from you. Based in NSW or VIC and looking to relocate to the ACT? We’ll cover the cost of your security licence mutual recognition from NSW/VIC to ACT. MSS will also fund and cover the cost of the required security clearance.

Requirements:

- Australian Citizenship – required for Defence security clearance eligibility
- ACT Security Licence required – MSS will cover the cost of mutual recognition for NSW or VIC Security Licence holders relocating to the ACT.
- Full Open Driver’s Licence
- NV1 or PV Clearance Required - MSS will fund and cover the cost of the required security clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate strong attention to detail
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
