Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Develop, monitor, and control production plans to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements while optimizing resources.
- Prepare and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity, and material availability.
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities and adherence to production plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless development and production readiness of new products and processes.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate coverage of inter-plant and in-house aggregates for both regular production and new product development.
- Drive cost optimization through effective planning and efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform reconciliation of inter-plant and in-house aggregates to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
- Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Ensure compliance with age analysis requirements for finished goods, aggregates, vehicles, quality standards, and regulatory norms.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.
