Olly is Reelo’s smart AI-powered online reputation tool built specifically for restaurants. Restaurants receive customer reviews across platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Google, and other review sites , making it difficult to keep track of what customers are saying. Olly brings all this feedback together in one place and uses AI to analyse reviews, identify patterns, and surface important issues in real time. Olly helps restaurants spot negative trends early, understand what customers really care about, and take action before small issues become bigger problems. It can also recommend specific improvements and draft quick, thoughtful responses to customer reviews. In short, Olly turns a flood of customer feedback into clear, actionable insights and smarter responses —helping restaurants protect their ratings, improve their service, and keep customers coming back. As a Social Media Intern, you’ll help build Olly’s social media presence from the ground up . If you’re someone who knows what’s trending, loves creating content, and understands what makes people stop scrolling, this is an opportunity to turn those ideas into real campaigns for a new AI product.

What will you do?

- Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, carousels, and stories.
- Research social media, restaurant, AI, and creator trends.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and campaigns.
- Write captions, hooks, and social media copy.
- Help manage the content calendar and social media pages.
- Work with the marketing and design teams on campaigns.
- Track content performance and identify what works.
- Experiment with new formats and ideas to grow Olly’s presence.

What are we looking for?

- Strong interest in social media, content, and digital marketing .
- Good written communication and creative thinking.
- Someone who actively follows trends, memes, Reels, and creators.
- Basic Canva/video editing skills are a plus.
- Interest in AI, startups, restaurants, or technology is a plus.
- Prior social media/content experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
