About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Opportunity Management Specialist to join our dynamic team.   In this role, you will support daily operations across the   Netherlands   and Belgium/Luxembourg . The role requires frequent switching between tasks, handling both operational processing and customer   communication (phone and email), while   maintaining   a high level   of accuracy in a   fast-paced   environment.

Key responsibilities:

- P rocess daily pump and sensor orders,   warranty forms and WeCare registrations

- H andle phone-based communication   mainly with   people with diabetes,   wholesalers   and   healthcare providers

- Collaborate   internally with t eams   such as Sales, Marketing ,   Customer   Service,   and Product Support.

- Ensure   timely   and   accurate   handling of incoming requests

- Actively   monitor   and follow up on open opportunities   to ensure sales progression

- Ensure   a high level   of service quality and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Profile we are looking for:

- Proactive and able to take ownership

- Comfortable in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

- Strong team   player with a collaborative mindset

- Able to switch quickly and easily between tasks and priorities

- Structured and solution-oriented

- Able to   combine daily operations with customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years relevant experience

- Strong oral and written skills in   Dutch and English; French is a plus

- Strong communication   skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to   demonstrate   empathy when interacting with customers

- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change

- Team-oriented attitude with openness and collaborative spirit

- Comfortable working in an operational, detail-oriented environment with a significant amount of manual tasks

Working Model:

This role can be performed in a hybrid model , with two days per week in the Heerlen office (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) to support collaboration and team connection.
