Freelance AI Motion Designer

About the role
We're looking for a freelance motion designer to create marketing creatives for our AI-powered products and games.

Work is organized by concepts: one concept = 5–10 videos of the same type (variations for different channels, formats, and hypotheses). Fixed payment per concept.

We provide access to AI generation tools.

What you'll do

- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.

- Generate graphics and video using AI tools.

- Assemble and animate final videos, add effects and overlays.

- Adapt creatives to the requirements of different platforms and formats.

- Work closely with the Marketing Creatives Producer and UA Manager.

What we expect

- 2+ years in motion design, full cycle — from idea to final video.

- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Figma, Illustrator.

- Understanding of performance marketing and how creatives drive campaign results.

- Ability to test multiple hypotheses in parallel and meet deadlines.

Terms

- Fully remote, flexible schedule within concept deadlines.

- Paid per concept; scope and timeline agreed before the start.

- Strong results lead to a steady flow of concepts.
