Job Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
- Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse.
- Picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers’ requirements.
- Load and unload trucks/ containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation.
- Periodic inventory cycle counting.
- Ensure accurate recording on the paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and any inventory transactions.
- Operating warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks).
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members.
- Assisting in training programs (OJT) for new hires.
- Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges.
- Encourage the reporting of safety hazards and participate in safety training initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Secondary School education, N or O level.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in logistics or operations functions, ideally in the warehousing operations
- Valid forklift license is preferred
- Able to operate the RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, stacker, reach truck or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks) is preferred.
