About this role

To continue the success that MOO Business Services is today, we are looking for an exemplary B2B Account Executive in our London location who will onboard and inspire new business clients, further helping us grow our business services base in the UK, Europe, and further afield.
Your sales team will be made up of Account Executives, Account Managers and a Sales Manager. Together you are responsible for onboarding and growing existing business services accounts at MOO, and working collaboratively to ensure that each client has a seamless experience working with us. 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that can build rapport quickly, perform in-depth discovery, and make recommendations to MOO’s prospective business clients on how they can best use our products and services.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design and product offerings

- Leverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value driven proposals

- Manage a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channels

- Provide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product product samples and educate on our product and service offerings

- Onboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or the Customer Success team

- Maintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their business

- Keep clear records of work in Sales Department CRM system so that the department can work as a team to ensure the best client experience

- Leverage moderate closing skills to achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targets

About You

- Relevant full cycle sales experience within an account management role

- Leverages sales skills and moderate to advanced level business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative sales

- Motivated to make 35+ outbound calls a day

- Highly organised and able to handle a high inbound lead flow, opportunity pipeline, as well as onboarding new customers

- Prefers busy days with lots of action and will actively seek and prospect opportunities

- Enjoys being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutions

- Can operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguity

- Enjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to try something new

- Thrives in a team setting and working closely with peers towards personal and professional growth

Nice To Haves

- Previous experience in prospecting and/or onboarding new business

- Knowledge of design/print

- Experience with Salesforce

- Bi-lingual capabilities
