Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution is recruiting Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers to join our professional transport team at our Bridgwater Depot .

Pay Rates

Days

- Monday to Friday: £16.63 per hour

- Saturday: £18.71 per hour

- Sunday: £24.95 per hour

Nights

- Monday to Friday: £19.00 per hour

- Saturday: £21.38 per hour

- Sunday: £28.51 per hour

Overtime

- £18.71 per hour

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting products safely and efficiently from our distribution centres to supermarket locations across our network. This includes loading and reloading vehicles where required.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering products safely, professionally and on time

- Completing all vehicle and driver compliance checks accurately

- Adhering to road transport legislation and company safety procedures

- Planning routes effectively, taking account of restrictions, roadworks and traffic conditions

- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

- Acting as a positive ambassador for Müller when interacting with customers and the public

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- A valid LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

- Current Driver CPC qualification

- Digital Tachograph Card

- No more than 6 minor points on your licence (no CD, DD, DR or IN endorsements)

- A strong commitment to safety and compliance

- The ability to manage the physical aspects of the role

- A positive, reliable and professional attitude

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
