About this role
The Total Industrial Engineer I is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations through the application of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, cost, and delivery by optimizing both manual and automated assembly processes, reducing lead time, eliminating waste, and designing efficient production and material conveyance systems throughout the facility.
