Core Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST complete all 3 Required Sub Leader Selection Process pre-qualification requirements prior to posting:

- Must be an Associate III or above
- Submit two (2) recommendation forms from Team Leader and above (See HRBP/Recruiting for form)
- Complete Sub Leader Learning Path Training in Oracle

High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Must be able to work overtime, as necessary.

Bi-lingual competency highly preferred in languages that reflect the Battle Creek community.

MINIMUM POSTING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

- Must have 1 year of service with DENSO and 1 year in current position, unless promotable.
- Last Performance Appraisal Meets or Better
- No Active Written Discipline
- Must be able to pass DENSO Job Specific Communication Assessment
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position

- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of making effective decisions under pressure.
- A proactive and organized approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of production processes and best practices is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a relevant field are advantageous.
