NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB

The Recruiter supports high-volume hiring across multiple roles, with driver recruitment as the primary focus. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate records throughout the recruitment process.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for driver and all other assigned positions based on established hiring criteria

- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups through calls, text messages, and emails throughout the recruitment process

- Follow up during the first 90 days for retention and referrals, plus ongoing research and observation for process improvement

- Ensure candidate information and documentation are complete and accurately maintained within the ATS and other designated platforms

- Submit qualified candidates and track their progress throughout the recruitment process

- Liaise with the marketing team to support social media recruitment posts, job advertisements, and other candidate sourcing initiatives

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and complete daily reports on candidate activity, submissions, interviews, and hiring progress

- Meet assigned recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards and a positive candidate experience

- Adapt to changes in assigned roles, hiring criteria, and recruitment priorities as business needs require

- Support additional recruitment and administrative activities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma; CSEC English or equivalent preferred.

- Minimum six (6) months’ experience in a call center, customer service, sales, recruitment, or a similar phone-based role.

- Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

- Comfortable speaking with diverse individuals and working with US time zones.

- Proficient with technology, including ATS platforms, spreadsheets, email, and online systems.

- Able to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and recruiting across various roles.

- Recruitment, interviewing, or screening experience is an asset; driver recruitment experience is a plus.

- Must be available for approximately four (4) weeks of onsite training or until training requirements are completed.
