Behavioral Therapist
## Job Summary:
The Behavioral Therapist in the KV - KOVE department is responsible for providing therapy and support to individuals with behavioral disorders. They work closely with clients to develop treatment plans and implement interventions to improve their behavioral health.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' behavioral issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions to clients
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- License or certification in behavioral therapy (preferred)
