About Us:

Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative (BRPCC) is a community-focused healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible and quality healthcare services. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we serve. We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to help us expand our reach and enhance our engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns for BRPCC’s services, events, and community outreach programs.

- Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

- Design flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Assist with website content updates and basic SEO research.

- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and help refine outreach strategies.

- Help coordinate and promote community events.

- Support brand consistency across all marketing channels.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related program.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Passion for healthcare, community outreach, and making a positive impact.

Work Environment:

- This is an in-office position . The Marketing Intern is expected to report to the BRPCC facility as scheduled and perform assigned duties in the office and at approved community events or outreach activities.

- The position may require occasional participation in community events, meetings, outreach activities, and other approved activities outside of the primary office setting.

- The Marketing Intern may work in areas of a healthcare facility where patients, providers, employees, and visitors are present and must maintain professional conduct at all times.
