Shift/Hours:  6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating shifts
Pay Rate:  $19/hour 
Location:  Marietta, GA 30062
Experience:    MUST HAVE STONG SITDOWN FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE

Summary: The Package & Shipping team ensures that the completed product is packaged, secured, staged, and loaded. Duties include safe forklift operation, pallet verification, skid stabilization, weighing and staging finished goods, inventory pulls, and loading per pick orders.

Package & Shipping Associate Job Duties:
Safely operate a sit-down forklift and keep staging lanes clear. Package finished goods and load trucks. Verify stack pattern, roll alignment, and that paper/cardboard are correctly applied. Install wood supports to prevent shifting, then strap and wrap securely. Coordinate with Inventory to pull orders and load trucks/containers accurately per load plan and safety standards. Change wrap film as needed and keep staging/shipping areas organized and free of hazards.

Package & Shipping Associate Skills:
Understanding pallet patterns, roll stability, and basic weight verification. Strong attention to detail; ability to read labels, work orders, and load plans. Clear communication and teamwork with Inventory, Quality, and Production teams. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment.
Package & Shipping Associate Requirements: Current or prior forklift experience with the ability to pass PrideStaff and client forklift assessments. Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. High school diploma or GED required. Able to provide 2 professional references. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
