Baridi Baridi Tanzania
Ltd. (Baridi Baridi) is a joint venture company of Daikin Industries Ltd., a
global No.1 air-conditioning company, and WASSHA Inc., an international company
from Japan dealing with lantern renting service.

Baridi Baridi is carrying
on business of leasing air conditioners to end users, by renting air
conditioners to small-mid-size shops and residentials with our new technology
of paying and switching on/off AC with a smartphone.

We begin our operation in
April this year of 2021, so we are looking for new colleagues with whom we can
develop our business together from Tanzania to all over African countries soon.

Currently we are looking
for highly motivated and qualified Call center Intern that will be the liaison
between our company and its current and potential customers so that we can
offer our new services to the customers for their better and more comfortable
lives.

Job Duties

- Managing large amounts of incoming and
outgoing calls in a timely manner
- Management and resolving customer complaints.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling
different topics.
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying
information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage
customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our
customer success database in a comprehensible way.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the
supervisor.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in customer care service or
relevant field.
- Fresh from school will be acceptable or
experienced in customer support role
- Self-motivated with a results-driven
approach.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different
personality types
- Familiarity with customer relation management
(CRM) systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and
manage time effectively.
- Charming and able to convince customers to
use our service.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
