What You'll Do

- Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service

- Answer phones and assist with member inquiries

- Process memberships, program registrations, and payments

- Give facility tours and help connect people to YMCA programs

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

- Support daily operations and help create a positive member experience
