What You'll Do (Day-in-the-Life):
- Drive Customer Success: Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Keep Operations Moving: Load, unload, and organize high-quality building materials and inventory across the yard and warehouse.
- Maintain Peak Standards: Ensure our showroom, yard, and store environments stay clean, safe, and ready for business.
- Champion Teamwork: Jump in to support fellow team members and tackle daily operational needs as a unified team.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Reliability & Drive: Punctual, dependable, and ready to bring a great attitude every day.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable regularly lifting and handling materials up to 100 lbs.
- Customer Focus: Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great service.
- Bonus: Forklift experience is a major plus (we are also happy to train the right person!).
