About this role
Assemblers are responsible for building Spudniks agricultural equipment according to engineering drawings, specifications, and established procedures. They play a critical role in ensuring the fit, function, and quality of finished machines. Assemblers must be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently as part of a production line team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, components, and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and configurations before and during assembly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.
- Identify and communicate missing parts, fit-up issues, or engineering concerns to the Line Manager or Production Control.
- Ensure that hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems are correctly routed, secured, and connected when applicable.
- Conduct self-inspection of work for completeness, accuracy, and quality prior to moving products to the next stage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and company safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments (Weld, Paint, Fabrication, Engineering, Quality Control) to resolve issues and keep production flowing.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Support training and development of new team members as assigned.

Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly techniques.
- Ability to safely use tools, hoists, and equipment required for the job.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and accountability in all work performed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform medium work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, balancing, and working in varied environmental conditions.
Level 1 (Entry-Level/Foundational):
