What You'll Do:

Perform the steps for the process of restoring, repairing, and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Frequent use of welders and cutting tools.
- Safe use of air tools to remove built up concrete.
- Disassemble and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks
- Properly assemble and install hydraulic hoses.
- Removal and installation of wiring harnesses.
- Ability to charge out inventory related parts and supplies.
- Frequently work independently or in a team environment.
- Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders.
- Communicate with all managers on a regular basis as to needs, status and issues.
- practice good housekeeping, health, and safety standards per OSHA regulations.
- Drive a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed.
- Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Must have good mechanical aptitude.
- Minnesota commercial Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one, within 1 year of employment. (Company sponsored)
- DOT Medical Card.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must have good mechanical knowledge.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience/understanding of safe shop practices. Maintain good customer relationships, both internal and external.
- Maintain a positive attitude with all employees.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
